Wuhan University Student Employment Apprenticeship Bases are enterprises and institutions recognized by the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security to provide employment apprenticeships for unemployed graduates of ordinary colleges and universities. They mainly offer various employment trainings to graduates, helping them make a smoother transition from school to society, master additional work skills, improve their professional qualities and abilities. They also create conditions for employers to select and hire talents, promoting full employment of graduates.

On-the-job training to focus on the quality of engineers' services

Every year, we formulate annual training topics for all engineers, and implement online training and assessment to gatekeep engineers' skills and services. Training courses include business system process, customer communication skills, weak power project training, PMP project management, etc., to enhance the ability of engineers in all aspects.

Fwone has established its own online training and examination rating and evaluation system. The "Fwone Engineer Rating and Examination System" is implemented to rate engineers using a comprehensive evaluation system.
